Note that this is the underhanded tactic of too many prosecutors
to take a single crime and multiply it into as many charges as
possible. It is not clear what the REAL crime was here - just
what a proscutor tried to turn it into.

If Floyd had just this one incident, seven years ago, he was doing
pretty OK I'd say.

The other day I saw a story about some Virginia guy in Florida
that got into a gunfight with the cops, shot into a car with kids
in there, carjacked an old lady and roared out of the WalMart
just ahead of a patrol car. He drove into a dead-end however
and was exterminated moments later when he pointed his gun
out the car window at a cop. He had 88 previous convictions -
EIGHTY EIGHT ! Now THERE was a BAD guy.

Oh yea, he was "white" ....

And at some point somebody is going to ask why a guy with
88 convictions was not in jail.
