Anyone know the reason why Fresh Seasons Market closed? All the adults are absent with only the "kids" manning the registers. They have no clue. I suspect union trouble but ....

Ran into Dale a couple weeks ago and I didn't even know that he was no longer there. No wonder I had never seen him in the past several years. <G> He looked great tho. He was in Lakewinds at the gluten-free fiesta. Fun to see him!

Sorry to hear that Fresh Seasons is closing especially for the people who live around there. Do you know if maybe someone else is going to move in?

Ran into Dale a couple weeks ago and I didn't even know that he was no longer there. No wonder I had never seen him in the past several years. <G> He looked great tho. He was in Lakewinds at the gluten-free fiesta. Fun to see him!

Last day - 40% off.

I was surprised at the contempt many had of the place (I run into lots of people in the parks) "Too expensive" they say. They were not too expensive. And, if you want a local store, you have to expect somewhat higher prices. They can't compete with Walmart/Target/Cub. I will miss them. Great people, jobs for the local kids, and convenience.

I wonder just how much more the union wanted.

Contempt? That's strange. I found that they didn't have the usual stuff I buy. Yes, I would ask them to get it in...sometimes they did. I did have some problens with things once in awhile.....quality control with the Cowboy Caviar was not good. I loved that stuff when it was "right". And my Hope Butter. Sometimes they wouldn't have it. I even called the farmer to ask him why (must have gotten him away from his cows as it took a long time to answer). I found that Lakewinds carries it.

Hope all the employees find work very soon! Kowalski's had been in there and they moved too. Maybe it's the area? Price of everything has gone up too!
